A reservation may be made through the website, by telephone or in person provided that the availability of the chosen period is open to reservations.
These terms and conditions are applicable to any type of booking, regardless of the accommodation or service that the client hires.
The reservation holder must be of legal age and minors are not allowed to stay without their parents or guardians staying with them throughout the stay.
The reservation is personal and cannot be transferred without prior authorization from the campsite. Management reserves the right not to admit upon arrival those people or reservations that do not coincide with what was previously booked.
The Campsite does not reserve or assign a specific location, situation or accommodation. Upon arrival you will be assigned a site that is free in the area of the Campsite enabled for such purposes and with the characteristics cited by the customer. In the event that the client needs to add items other than those contracted in the reservation, these will be provided whenever their occupation allows and these are available.
For the conclusion of the reservation, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be requested. This amount can be paid by VISA or Mastercard type payment card.
The booking process ends when the Campsite sends you the confirmation by email, once you have verified the availability and payment of the same.
The reservation holder must verify the information of the booking confirmation and notify Campsite Valira of any error that may be detected during the 24 hours following receipt of the confirmation.
At the time of registration at the Campsite it is necessary to present to the Reception the passport or identity document of the holder and all those accompanying persons over 15 years of age. It is the responsibility of the booking holder to register all accompanying persons.
The stay will be paid in full at the time of registration upon arrival at the campsite. Payment may be made by cash or VISA or Mastercard payment card.
Once the booking has been made, the customer accepts these conditions as valid and cannot be modified.
The following terms and conditions apply only to Bungalows or Shelter reservations and complete the following general terms and conditions detailed above.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 22:30.
Check-out time is before 12:00. In the event that the client decides not to exhaust the period contracted in the reservation, in no case will it mean any type of refund or compensation of the amount already paid.
Bungalow or retreat reservations include one set of linens and towels per stay and only for the maximum number of people that indicates the type of accommodation. For bookings of more than 8 days, a change of linens and towels will be made per week. Any customer may request a change of towels upon receipt and payment of the stipulated price.
Pets are not allowed.
The maximum number of people associated with each type of accommodation must be respected. Only registered guests can use the property.
On the day of departure, the place must be left collected and with the kitchen utensils clean and tidy in place. You will also need to remove the garbage and throw it into the appropriate containers. The rest of the cleaning is included in the price.
The access cards to the campsite carry an associated deposit of €5 in cash that will be returned at the time the card is returned to the reception. In the event of loss, damage or forgetfulness of the card, the deposit will not be returned.
Any modification of the reservation must be communicated in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org and will require validation by the campsite in order to be effective.
The following terms only apply to site bookings and complete the following general terms and conditions detailed above.
a. High season: from 12:30 to 22:30.
b. Low season: from 08:00 to 22:30 (as long as your occupation allows).
a. High season: before 12:00.
b. Low season: before 15:00 (prior validation at reception).
In the event that the client decides not to exhaust the period contracted in the reservation, in no case will it mean any type of refund or compensation of the amount already paid.
It is necessary to indicate during the booking process if they will be staying in a camper, motorhome, caravan, trailer tent or tent. As well as specifying the measures requested during the booking process. Any other information that it deems appropriate (large vehicles, external trailers, etc.) must be informed during the booking process in the observations field for validation by the Management and prior to the confirmation of the reservation. If the aforementioned characteristics are not duly reported, Management does not guarantee that a site can be assigned to it in accordance with the new characteristics.
The Management reserves the right to modify the characteristics of the assigned site if the type of site does not conform to the reality reflected or detailed at the time of sending the reservation request.
According to the law 19/2022, of June 9, regulating the tax on stays in tourist accommodations, from July 1, 2022 the customer is obliged to pay the tourist tax directly to the campsite for an amount of 1.57€ per person per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. Children under the age of 16 are exempt.
Failure to pay within 48 hours of the reservation request will result in immediate cancellation of the request.
The reservation will be held until 12:00 on the day following the check-in date indicated by the client in the request. Once this period has passed, Campsite Valira reserves the right to cancel the reservation without any kind of refund or compensation for the amount advanced until then.
The cancellation policy will depend on the date of your notification:
More than 15 days: 95% of the advance amount is refunded.
Between 15 and 6 days: 50% of the advance amount is refunded.
Less than 6 days: means the total loss of the amount advanced.
Reservations close to the check-in date, special offers or promotions may be governed by their own cancellation policy, which will be indicated before the reservation is made.
In the event that the client wishes to make a cancellation, this must be communicated in writing to the email email@example.com. The campsite will send an email confirming the cancellation of the reservation and notifying the customer of the process of refunding the amount in accordance with the cancellation policy.
The reservation and payment request does not mean that the reservation is confirmed. It will be Camping Valira who will confirm the reservation within 48 hours of the request. During this period, the Management reserves the right to cancel any request in the event that the client's requests cannot be satisfied and 100% of the amount paid until then will be refunded in full.
The formalization of the reservation by the client means the acceptance of the general conditions of reservation and the internal regulations of Campsite Valira.
Failure to comply with any of the clauses or concepts specified in the two documents may mean cancellation or annulment of the stay and/or the immediate expulsion of the client and accompanying persons from the campsite facilities. Failure to comply and the possible consequences specified will not entitle, in any case, any type of compensation and/or refund of the amount paid.
